i have been on large amounts of medications for 37 years, different packaging and hard to open foil packs is at times very challenging but of all these i mention your medication foil packs regarding TRAJENTA ( LINAGLIPTIN ) are the very worst i have ever come across. i am totaly unable to open to be able to take my daily dose of of this medication and have to revert of trying to open with a small sharp knife, tweezes, small screwdriver and still unable to open. i understand the need for safety of children trying to enter medication package and protect tham but why is yours so so made to the spec of extra extra hard silver foil to enter. many many other meds i take seem to have the ballance of safety for a patient to open without difficulty, your meds mentioned above are without doubt in possible to enter and making my life hell. I would recommend to avoid this place at all cost was working there last 5 years first 4 were good good management good pay very professional but in the last year has dropped its standards alot that is the reason every1 has left from reception to hr to team leaders to managers now the management that are there have no idea about gmp hygiene or how to deal with people at most avoid licence production illiterate people half of them can't even speak English. There are a handful of good people there few in qa team and rest in the qc lab or warehouse but all the senior managers are not on point and nor are the department managers. I feel sorry for the owners who once had a really good family business but there new quality managers and production managers are gonna bring them down. My advise to everyone is do not work there pay rise and bonuses are a myth u only get if u are your managers pet. Wish owners good luck with there company and hope production for licence does not close you down.
