Jayesh is an amazing PT. Hes so committed to getting you the results you want. I managed to lose a stone whilst training with him which I thought would never happen! I had never really done any weight training before and quite frankly didnt know how to use most of the equipment in the gym. Before training with Jayesh, all I really ever did was cardio (treadmill, cross trainer). Im so confident in the gym now and amazed how strong Ive become. Training and keeping fit has become part of my lifestyle now and Im so happy I chose to get a PT. I would genuinely recommend Jayesh to anyone!

I have a chance to work with Jay for some time. The passion he has to his work is amazing. Reminders, tasks and support he provide helped me a lot to finally became more consistent with meals prep, exercises and most important drinking water and start counting calories. I finally became aware of food I m eating , ingredients and most likely nutrition. I will strongly recommend to anyone who would like to change something in your life. Not only to look better but also to feel better and to be healthier. Thank you Jay. And definitely see you at the gym.

As a complete novice to training in the gym, training with Jay has been so rewarding. Not only have I achieved the physical results that I have always wanted but Jay has helped me to develop my confidence and knowledge beyond the gym. I now have a deeper understanding of the importance of my nutrition, sleep and water intake, as well as how I can continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Jay is a professional on all levels; he will push and challenge you but with good humour. I would highly recommend training with Jay.

I have been working with Jay for well over a year and in that time he has helped me lose 15 kg, tone up and build strength. With his considerate and motivating approach he has completely changed my mindset towards resistance training, achieving results I could only have dreamed of! He has taught me so much about nutrition too. I really appreciate the time that Jay takes to get to know each of his clients individually so that he can provide a well tailored plan to help everyone reach their goals. My health markers are now excellent and I am pleased to say I have developed habits to help carry me through life! I highly recommend Jay!
