        Absolute rubbish salesman (Sid) who really did the company no favours. Very short with his responses using coarse language, unlike the previous sales lady who I dealt with on a previous visit. When I referred to that visit Sid was quick to berate her advice saying that she had not the experience he had. He did a good job putting me off this carpet retailer with such poor sales staff.

        Richard did our measuing and brought us a load of samples. He was so helpful and honest, helped us make the best decision based on our needs. The pricing is great based on competators. Our order arrived quickly and they were able to do our fitting so soon after we ordered in our carpets. Super helpful and easy to contact from start to finish. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

        If I could leave 10 stars for Tapi Carpets South Ruislip it would still be too few. Second time of using this retailer and they go above and beyond to give the customer a professional and efficient service. From the initial visit to the store to choose the goods to the estimating visit at home, all the staff were amazing and at all times it could be seen they wanted to give the customer exactly what they wanted. Delivery and fitting timescales were no problem and they accommodated our wishes for a specific timeframe. Unfortunately we had to change the fitting date three times for various reasons, and I was amazed to find this was actually no problem even though they had to store the flooring longer than expected. Polite and courteous at all times. The stair carpet / laminate was fitted today and to a very high standard. The fitter rang to advise of arrival time and arrived as stated within the timeframe. Cannot recommend enough - thank you Tapi South Ruislip.

        A great selection of carpets and flooring in this branch. I would like to thank Tina at this branch for making us very welcome and for going the extra mile and helping us select the best carpet for our budget. She has great customer service skills. Things went a little wrong when they processed our order but we still benefitted by getting a carpet from a higher priced range for the same price as the carpet we originally purchase! I would definitely recommend this Tapi branch over any Carpetright or SCS branch!
