        A MASSIVE thankyou to the team at Sapphire, in particular Pravin for sorting out my beloved classic Mercedes C36AMG out. To cut the long story short, my car was a NON runner for 1 year...yes 1 year!! After several garages I was recommended Pravin and he happily said he would have a look although he was super busy. Pravin diagnosed and fixed my car and now I can enjoy my weekend cruise with the biggest smile on my face!! Pravin was patient, softly spoken, always kept me informed and very reasonable with his charges considering the time that was spent in diagnosing the issues.         Quick and efficient I had the engine management light come on a few times within a few weeks on my Mercedes c220, had been looked at a few time and werent able to resolve the issue. It was an air leak of some sort but I couldnt find it after using engine diagnostics machines a few times before. Pravin helped me find the root cause of the issue fairly quickly and car was up and running within half a day !!! Definitely recommend these Mercedes specialists.
