Mithu was absolutely outstanding in handling my Purchase. I have bought many products Furniture Village and had visited him 3 times before actually buying and not once did he pressurize me or lowered his standards in service. I will always go back to him for further purchase 10 out of 10 for Mithu

Appalling aftercare, only after your money then youre on youre own. We had a delivery of most of our furniture on 25th April, our delivery men were two lazy asbo looking men (Paul and Simon) who did not want to do the actual job. Initially they refused to start because I dont have block paving in my drive yet and they said its too muddy, then they said they cant take my chest of drawers up because its too heavy. I asked if I can get another delivery companys help them to take it up, they said no (due to insurance issues). When miller moves came I asked them, they were happy to take the chest up just the two of them. And they did so whilst Paul and Simon stood watching another company do their job for them. Once it was on the landing upstairs, FV refused to move the chest into the bedroom and told me to ask the other company. I said no, this is your job so finish it. They still told miller moves to move the chest and actually place it in an incorrect place in my room without consulting me?! FV were also meant to assemble the bed, which they did not Center in the middle of my wall and they did not tighten the screws (so it was very wobbly) and they did not tell me the ottoman top will only come down when a mattress is placed on it. They fixed the bed and basically jolted out of my house, with no aftercare or advice at all, I had a few questions and ended up having to call FV up for answers?! In addition to all of this we are still waiting another 6 weeks for a damaged console table to be replaced and 1050 worth of dining table chairs have gone missing, and everytime we call to ask for updates they pass us over to the next person who also has no idea.

We had the privileged of being served by a lovely lady called Sandeep. She had knowledge about everything and was very honest and kind. My fianc and I are really excited for our bed to arrive! We had a horrible experience in another store and came to the Ruislip store and it was the best decision we made! All staff were so kind and welcoming.
