I had a noise coming from my engine and was informed in early February that it was a broken turbo.
I was then informed the computer was broken and I would have to wait until it was repaired for the repair to take place. I finally got an appointment in March (10th) where video of noise was to be sent to MG to authorise repair. Since then heard nothing.
I chased on three occasions; the first I was informed that the part would be in any day. I heard nothing so called again only to be informed that the part was out of stock and they were awaiting delivery. 5 weeks after the visit I contacted MG customer service only to find out that WMLG had not sent the video across to them and had not ordered any replacement part!
WLMG customer service is not only non existent they also obviously like lying to customers about what is actually occurring! This is the second time Ive had similar customer service issues with this company and they dont seem to have improved!
This issue is now being investigated by a manager and Im awaiting an update to find out when my car will finally be repaired.
Im really not happy!! Services: Exhaust, Electrical repair, Tires, Brakes, Air conditioning, Transmission repair, Body & Trim, Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Battery, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Transmission, Brake service & repair, Auto engine diagnostic
