Bellytots has been part of my baby journey since early pregnancy and been a godsend to keep me calm and realistic about pregnancy and having a baby. Liz goes above and beyond to care for ladies, always giving personalised support with kindness. Now my baby is 6 months and we've been really enjoying the baby classes. It's been the best baby classes I've tried as always feels like home with fun for babies and mums and been a great way to make friends. I would really recommend bellytots.

Ive been really enjoying my experience at BellyTots with Liz. I started going In early pregnancy to yoga which was a relaxing treat each week, also very informative as she discusses many subjects around pregnancy and delivery which helped me approach birth with a positive mindset. Now Im enjoying after birth classes like newborn mum club and Pilates. Its been great for sharing new experiences and advice. Highly recommend to new mums and mums to be.

I cannot recommend Liz's classes and the overall BellyTots membership enough. I began my journey with BellyTots when 12 weeks pregnant with my second baby, attending the amazing pregnancy yoga each week in the evenings. It quickly became the highlight of my week and was a real oasis of calm, helping me to unwind, move, stretch and bond with my unborn baby. I really came to cherish that time just for me and baby in an otherwise hectic week! Liz would always make sure there was a theme or specific topic for each class, ranging from postnatal health, advice and helpful tips for mums to be, drawing on her extensive experience in antenatal preparation and scientific knowledge. Once my son was born I really missed this class! Liz also offers an amazing 1:1 birth reflection and 'rewind' package which I also undertook as the birth approached. This was literally life changing for me: I was able to process and understand my first birth and go into my second confidently and calmly, armed with a plethora of both practical techniques and new approaches to managing the rollercoaster of birth! My son arrived happy and healthy after a positive, amazing birth and I can honestly credit Liz for truly making a difference to my experience this round as a second time mum. If you are in the same situation and worried about your next birth, I cannot recommend this service enough - you won't regret it! Liz's newborn support group was invaluable as I then got to grips with newborn life, and I was easily able to transfer my membership to a new class. Every week I would look forward to meeting other mums, talking through our experiences and having access to a variety of support included within the class, for example breastfeeding advice, while also learning some simple baby massage and yoga techniques. Liz was so kind, understanding and made you feel right at home with a smile and a cup of much needed tea at each session! When my son reached 4 months, we 'graduated' the newborn stage (I even got to wear a cap and gown - yay!) and moved onto weekly baby yoga classes which my son absolutely LOVES. Gentle movements combine with singing and sensory activities such as the parachute at the end of each session to create a beautiful little class which is perfect for my son as he learns to roll, stretch and move in different ways. Liz also runs special events such as 'Daddy and Me while Mummy has Tea!' in which dads can bond and experience a class with baby while mums enjoy a cuppa and a cake (or two!). I attended the Christmas event which was such a highlight of the festive season and gave my husband a chance to meet other dads too! So worth it and highly recommended! What Liz does best is providing a wonderful opportunity to make exciting and special memories with your baby as well become part of the BellyTots community - I have met so many other mums who I speak to and meet with regularly, bonding over our shared experiences and supporting each other during and beyond the end of each of Liz's sessions. I haven't been to better mum and baby groups and cannot recommend BellyTots enough. If you are in the Ruislip area and are looking for baby groups, do not hesitate to book a trial class and get yourself a membership - by far the best purchase I have probably ever made as a mum!
