Two Thirds Different seemed like a great option upon first contact. Exciting targeting methods and they seemed very driven to get results. That is not how it transpired. When we first started the ads didn't do well at all. We were very lenient with this as we're aware that ads have a learning phase and require patience. When the results didn't come I did have regular meetings with our account manager Brad. After constant changes to targeting, ad creatives, campaign goal, etc we still didn't have any tangible results after almost a month and a half. At this point I involved the CEO (Sam) in the conversation about my frustrations with our current ROI, which was nothing at this point. He came in with planned changes for our campaigns and I trusted that these would be put in place within days so we could start to see results. After poor communication of what I needed to update my side I was left for days without being told that I needed to update our automations to pull information from a new Facebook lead form which is quite a significant problem. Ultimately after 3 months of service we saw 1 lead turn into an actual client. After the amount we spent on ad spend and a massively unjustifiable fee we had no ROI and were out thousands of pounds over the space of 3 months. What's worse is when I email them to say we wouldn't be continuing with them after our initial 3 month period I received no email back from them, no apology, no "thankyou for your business". This was also after an offer to reduce the monthly fee significantly until the lead quantity and quality problems were solved. I 100% would not recommend them. *Update* In response to a reply from Two Thirds Different claiming they sent over 'qualified' leads, there was little to no qualification. 75% of these leads have provided fake details. Not particularly well qualified. The campaign spoken about in the reply that was hindering us naturally came to an end when the offer ended. That campaign all be it didn't perform well and we wanted to persist with it as it was an offer in a particular area that was of importance to our agency. But we had multiple campaigns running in a much larger area that generated nothing in conjunction with this campaign that also generated nothing.

My trainer Brad, has helped me to familiarise the ever-changing layout of the social media platforms and tips to look out for when creating paid ad campaigns.
