I used SA Loss Assessors to support me to claim for escape of water damage. Darren dealt with everything from start to finish. The whole claim was zero stress. I now realise that in the past when I have made a claim I have definitely been fobbed off by insurance companies and I didnt have the knowledge/correct terminology to challenge. SA Loss assessors made sure I was not fobbed off on this occasion. I will never again deal with an insurance company without using a Loss Assessor. Use with confidence.

Superb service over a protracted period from SA Assessors as Darren persevered in ensuring that we received the correct insurance settlement. It was many times greater than we would have achieved on our own, as his industry knowledge is second to none and made sure the claim covered all the costs that we would be hit with by builders to restore the house.
