The Surgery

This GP just a joke... Keep texting and calling me about my high blood pressure. I don't have high blood pressure and they never measured it, and I don't take any medicine for that.... of course. It's highly irritate me .

Dont use this Sergery The girls at the reception they think they are the doctor It take 10 months to refer me to cardiologist Absolutely appalling patient care. Receptionist rude beyond words. She treats patients with no respect, adds distress at an already difficult time. It is unbelievable this surgery allows their receptionist who is an unqualified medical professional to decide if you can speak with a doctor or not. No one wants to call a doctor unless they need help. This surgery need to be investigated to ensure genuine patients do not suffer or go undiagnosed due to an unqualified gate keeper manning their phones.

I went for gp registration and the lady at the reception was doing nothing, but she said she was busy and can not help after having already completed the form and waiting for the kid for 40 minute.
