        Bwteen Xmas and NY my laptop had a problem with the fan so I was unable to use it safely. I was able to take it the same afternoon I phoned up to enquire and, fortunately as no new parts were needed, it was ready for me to collect the following afternoon in good working order and at the price I was told initially. Highly recommended!
