Seriously not much help usually of knowledgeable people. Plus the computer system on dealin with returns is very very outdated and ti e consuming... not to mention errors

I have been to this branch a few times I try to avoid as the front of house customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced rude and unhelpful the person who served me never said a word she was to busy on her phone to even acknowledge I was there totally useless is this the best wickes can get !!

Avoid getting a kitchen or bathroom done. Save yourself from the disappointment and wasting your money. Their installers are untrustworthy! Had a terrible experience from LPM4U Hunar who was a wickes approved installer
