        I am so delighted to review this company for their cost effective quality service. We have used them for three different occasions and none of the situation they did fail from their best service. The key for their service is, on-site advice during their site visit which make more confident as customer. Not only the planning options, but they also provide interior design arrangements and structural calculations which save our time by not to shop multiple companies and spending huge amount of money for various disciplines. We got our planning permission through MKM for a conversion of three bed semi-detached to six bed house. Also other property with rear extension and shop and uppers conversion. I highly recommend MKM for your planning needs.

        Unprofessional, very quick to take measurements and payments! All my applications been refused by the council and they dont replied after taking your payments! Avoid at all cost!!!
