        DM Steel had me and another worker removed from site after i was in a cherry picker working for them when another site worker took out our engine key. left me and another worker stranded in the cradle for over an hour and a half. DM Steel was told by Galliard Homes to remove us and they did so even though we was subjected to a health and safety violation and contraventions breach ( as investigated and reported by the HSE ) DM Steel refused to arrive at employment and tribunal court due their knowledge of the facts and have made my endeavour for right resolution extremely difficult and harmful by not attending to support the truth of the matter,leaving me. tio keep fighting. case on going....
