Avoid! Raised a problem with leaking roof in August 2022. Still unresolved in Feb 2023. Raised an informal complaint with Leah Weeks (Head of Richmond Branch) in November hoping for an improvement to the service. No improvement and no follow up from her despite leaving additional messages. Were now 6th February and still waiting for quotes for repairs. My advice: find a better management agency.

The worst and most incompetent people are managing this company and the HML Richmond London is equally worst at resolving issues. No professionalism, no basic customer service, and no transparency. I reported the issue to HML Richmond via Darren Speck Last Year and is still unresolved. Although service charges have been paid on time, your company had an obligation to provide minimum services. I have sent you email as well.

Exceptionally poor service providers, with a high turnover of staff. Our block eventually forced them to resign after they used the reserve funds to pay for over priced services, and then put the service charge up 50%!. The ceo Alec.Guthrie does reply to emails

I have 2 properties under their so called 'management'. They are atrocious to deal with , waste lots of our money and let our properties become run down. They take lots of commission wherever they can. Rude and slow to act. If you value your property do NOT employ them and ignore their slick presentation and empty promises . If you have them already get the right to manage ASAP ! You have been warned ! ***Update Nov 2021*** I have dismissed them from both sites one by way of right to manage and the other end of contract ! We are finally free ! Please be sure to review them on Trustpilot too, they are doing everything they can to increase their ratings on there (using contractors and employees to rate them 5* mostly) Let's show the world what they are really like! HML Richmond is a dreadful company dishonest, using insurances to pay for works so it increases the premium that has to be paid then by leaseholders. They do not pay their bills on time so the credit ratings goes down for the estate they manage. They never send copy of bills when requested by leaseholders and never answer to request of audit. Run away from them if you can also they will try to stop the process of RTM every step of the way. It is unfortunate that the flat I bought was managed by this company. They are crooks and deserve zero stars.
