        Terrible customer service. Have been trying to arrange for them to come look at my flat after we had a building survey completed which showed flaws with the original build creating damp throughout our property. This is a puppet company of Trust Property Management who have equally as terrible reviews. Appears the group CEO Ben Mires is a known crook. Despite multiple efforts to speak to Gareth there, he has ignored us for months. Almost feels as though he and they are blaming us for the issue. Terrible customer service. Would avoid at all costs.

        Slow, unhelpful, disorganised and charge a huge fee for doing very little. First negative review I have ever done. I hope it helps to warn people off engaging with Nightingale Chancellors.
