Worst opticians every! DO NOT GO THERE! had a appointment at 11:15 however got seen at more close to 11:45 and when got seen the optician was coughing and snotty seemed like he should of even been working, he stated he has a cold for 3 weeks however he didn't think it was contagious (how does he know?) He rude when taking the tests and he made me feel unwanted customer and he just didn't want to serve me. There was issues with the pressure machine which kept giving the wrong reading which the optician stated I should go to hospital as he thought it was too high however 1 min later stated that machine not working and I should come back next day to retake the test. He is meant to know what he is doing. He couldn't get it right felt like he didn't know what he was doing! I wish I had left that place will not return there!

Extremely happy with my experience here! The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgable in catering for my very specific requirements. Amir especially was very helpful, along with the manager and some other employees who's names I didn't get. I felt they went above and beyond to ensure I got the glasses I really needed and I will be returning there for sure!

It was first visit to Boots Opticians Richmond, I was very impressed with with their standard of service and care offered to patients. Eyall who did my eye test was very through in explaining the causes of my headaches. I understood very well whatever he explained. Also, Amir who assisted me with glasses was very friendly and helpful, the lenses he recommended Im loving them so far particularly Zeiss drive safe lenses are proving very useful while driving. Im definitely sticking with Boots Richmond for future.

I had an Eye test this morning with the extremely lovely and beautiful Anita (cant quite read the writing on my prescription) she was wonderful as was the service and speedy appointment time. Thank you very much Tim

Worst Optician I have ever had. They charge 25 pounds for the eye test. but do not provide the PD measurements (pupillary distance) which everyone needs in order to make a pair of glass. They told me legally they are not allowed to provide the PD information, when I ask what law is this based on, they said based on their store policy... Since when a private Optician can make laws... They only happy to provide PD measurements if you buy a pair of glasses from them.... 0 star!!!! Don't waste your money and time there!
