        Reached for the appointment on time but guess what, it's cancelled, they claim they called me yesterday but they could have sent email or a text message if I wasn't reachable, or called again....

        Booked online, the day before appointment called to say fully booked. Tried rebook for another week, day before called again saying "we don't see age 4"... How simple is to add this when accept online booking!!!

        Do not waste time making a booking at this branch. I made a booking in person and then amended it via the online system. The online system confirmed my booking was amended to my chosen time. I then received a call a day before the appointment only to find out there is no availability and that I need to rebook to another day. There are plenty of other places for an eye test.
