In 2000, Gabrielle was the ONLY local optician prepared to make a home visit to test my elderly parents eyes and prescribe new specs. Since then I have used her for everything contact lenses, glasses, bifocals and now varifocals. She is superb at her job. Extremely knowledgeable and cares deeply about her customers. Its obvious when you go to her practice (based at her home on Richmond Green) that her patients have been loyal for years and count her as a friend. You might have to wait a few days for an appointment the sign of a good practice but its totally worth it. Highly, highly recommended, and a stark contrast to the buy-one-get-one-free high street opticians who, in my experience, lack optometry skills of any depth.

Fantastic independent optician, expert at both optometry and dispensing. Gabriella has been here for 20 years and has been my optician for more than ten years. She is personable and has an enormous loyal patient base.

I have had eye problems for a couple of years, and despite repeated visits to opticians on the high street I had been told there is nothing wrong. Gabriella diagnosed allergic conjucitivits and prescrbed antiobiotic drops. She also previously diagnosed a corneal ulcer which even the eye hospital had difficulty in detecting.She is very experienced and I feel completely confident in recommending her.
