Eye Definition in Richmond is an exceptional optometry practice that I would highly recommend. The eye test itself was comprehensive and thorough. The optometrist was highly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the eye test and answer all of my questions thoroughly. When it came time to choose frames for my new glasses, Mr. Virdee was patient and helpful, offering a wide variety of styles to choose from and providing guidance on which ones would work best for me. He also took the time to explain the different lens options available.

I live in Berkshire and was recommended Eye Definition. I was so pleased I made the effort to travel to Richmond as I was happy with the collection and easily found a couple of pairs I liked. Virdee the owner was so helpful, he even made sure my prescription was correct before letting me order a pair of glasses. I am now on my 3rd pair and am happy to travel down to Richmond just for the service and lovely glasses.

I have had quite a few medical and eye examinations over the course of a long life and I must say the examination and treatment I received from Eye Definition set a new standard of excellence and professionalism. I was so impressed I the immediately made arrangements for my daughters examination where I witnessed the same care and precision I myself had experienced. Mr Virdee is a precious gem. Five Stars, indeed!!

I have been a customer of Eye Definition for over 5 years. I wouldnt trust any other optician to test my eyes, thorough, professional and honest The service is top rate and the range of frames is second to none.
