Greville House Care Home - Care UK

Irone and her team work closely together to make sure this care home is run safely and efficiently. The care my mother has received since going to Greville house has been wonderful. Every effort was made during lockdown to enable families to safely stay in touch with their loved ones, either by visiting in the pod, by telephone and video links. My mother did not want to go into care but circumstances made it impossible for her to live alone, I never wanted her to go into a home but it has proved to be the best thing ever for mum, she is always clean, she enjoys the food, and says everyone is very kind. The home is spotless, the food has a 5star rating, Andreas, the chef is happy to cook anything a resident likes if there is nothing on the days menu they want. The lounges and dining room are comfortable, it is like a hotel. Bedrooms are comfortable and furnished well, residents are told the room is theirs, they are welcome to make it a home from home. Irone and Carmen, are very approachable they say their door is always open, and it is. It truly feels like family when visiting, Denise one of the activities organiser is so friendly and is always happy to go that extra mile to bring a smile to residents. Rana is also very kind to residents. Faustina has a great sense of humour. Charles is always happy to help. I would like to personally mention everyone but will have to just say,from manager Irone to carers, activity staff, nursing staff, maintenance, kitchen, house keeping and administration staff, everyone is wonderful. THANK YOU ALL. I would highly recommend Greville House.

Irony and Team at Greville House, my experience as a daughter whom has a father here has been exceptionally. I can call at any time Charles whom usually picks up the phone so polite and always has time to ask about my welfare and updates me up on my father's wellbeing. The year 2020 has been so awful because of covid 19, but the wonderful people whom run this care home... I can't thank them enough My father has been looked after I feel as he has a whole new family it's so reassuring. Thank you
