We've used Holbrook for years, across 2 moves now, and can't see ever looking elsewhere. Particular shout out to Alice Fox who for our latest move did almost as much as our estate agents towards moving a tricky chain forward. Outstanding advice and service.

I would highly recommend Holbrook Property Finance. The process of sorting a mortgage seemed quite daunting initially being a first time buyer however Dan Unthank was very helpful, friendly, informative and made it an effortless process getting the mortgage approved. Once it was approved Paul Underdown actively managed to secure us lower rates on multiple occasions even though he didn't need to as they always want the best for their clients. They also have an in house insurance adviser, Jack Wild, who provided a lot of useful information regarding life insurance and critical illness cover. Finally, Alice Fox was extremely supportive throughout the legal process of the house purchase with the solicitors. She put a lot of time and effort into chasing things up for us assisting greatly in getting a completion date before our initial target date. I'm very grateful for all the work Holbrook have done throughout the process and will continue to use them in the future.

Absolutely great service from Holbrook, Mark & Alice who were amazing in helping us with our mortgage. Without their support & help we would not have been able to complete on our purchase. They made a very long, stressful time a lot easier - we had a lot of queries, issues & questions & it didnt matter how often we emailed or called they were always on hand to offer any help we needed & always put us at ease. Without the help of Holbrook, Mark & especially Alice, who went above & beyond to ensure everything run as smoothly as possible for us & made sure we were updated with all relevant information - without their help, efforts & support we wouldnt have been able to move in. We cant recommend them or thank them enough for everything they did for us.

What a great company. Professional throughout, incredibly helpful with sorting my mortgage for my first flat, and great advice along the way. Not only that, but the team really helped to push the purchase through when needed, and kept me fully informed throughout the process. Alice in particular was AMAZING, she was supportive, kept me very calm, and made buying a property far less stressful! Would highly recommend.
