Elderly mother Ill with cancer purchased elf bar vapes which were faulty, when she returned then the shop assistant didnt help her kept telling her to come back when she is very Sick, was extremely rude to her and never replaced her vapes just kept them, Stealing from old ladys is disgusting and I will be reporting this company consumers rights DO NOT BUY FAKE OR FAULTY VAPES My mother purchased several vapes about 8 in one go as they was on offer hence why she couldnt take them back until she actually opened them as it was the first vape she opted, she came back on several occasions and the young man serving just kept telling her the manager wasnt there so couldnt do anything ( why couldnt he call the manager instead of repeatedly sending her away) why would she return the vapes for replacement if they were fully functional? What would be the point? These people need to get a life and stop stressing out old people who are seriously Ill and laughing at her, your policy doesnt make sense how can you return something you havent even opened yet? You cant return the following day if you havent opened it yet and she left the vapes at the shop so you have them there but you refused to replace them so I dont understand why you are saying you would replace them on this review then make her come back at forth in reality, the royal marsden cancer hospital told her to give up smoking and try vapes which might be a little better then give up but you have caused her so much stress its disgusting how you have treated her!

I would love to see more zero nicotine options! Great place otherwise, just limited stock when looking for no nicotine. I quit smoking about 2 months ago but still get those urges to inhale something.. zero nicotine disposables work for me when I have those really stressful days. I managed to get them here but wasnt too many stocked, I find thats the case with many other places too. I would have bought more if more were stocked. 5 stars anyway because I just about found what I needed and the service was good

Been going hear for years and staff is usually really pleasant and helpful. However the newest employee always makes it seem as a hastle and nuisance me being there.

Brought a replacement vuse epod this morning from James in Richmond.. Polite well spoken and super helpful.... Don't lose him!!! ..... Even offered coffee whilst I charged the new pod.... All your staff are super helpful.... Get everything in the richmond store.... Hope u never close it .......
