I live in France and had a problem with my CD9000 stereo. Apparently the French do not do repairs so I contacted Robert at the Richmond shop and he was incredibly helpful. We both decided that the stereo should not be "posted" so I had to wait until Covid allowed free travel before I could take it to him. He, Louis and his staff were unbelievably helpful both while I was in France and while I was in the UK. They explained everything and repaired my stereo under pressure since I had to get back to France within a specific time frame. I would highly recommend them for their very helpful, polite and friendly customer service.

B,O equipment looks great and sounds great.. However the cables and connections used break or wear out very quickly. One of the reasons and as much as i love their stuff I wouldn't ever buy any more. Their repair service is great. I bought similar priced equipment by other high end brands and never had any issues. If you buy high end equipment make sure it has rugged connectors and not mini jack or cheap brittle rca connectors. This is a great shop and they offer fantastic service.
