The owner worked with my interior designer to fit the perfect scheme and supply all of the downlights, as well as sourcing the electrical faceplates, so that they fit the broader theme. Absolutely outstanding service. At short notice I was squeezed in for a last minute appointment. In the appointment Chazz quickly made sense of what felt like a big mess in my head. The showroom is clearly set out with lots of examples and samples and he showed me so many options for the finishes I liked and talked me through my list. He took time to explain things - in a friendly and calm way - that had previously baffled me and even took my list that afternoon and sent me three quotes by the next morning for three different finish options. This sort of customer service is so rare these days. I won't forget his time and effort and will be recommending him to friends and family. Thank you Chazz!
