DO NOT USE this company, one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with, initially called a lady called Paris Sazida who assured me that they were top level immigration lawyers hence the price of 2500 (double the going rate), we eventually agreed that I was to pay 2500 with no VAT which they now deny for obvious legal reasons. I proceeded with their services and literally within a week I had the feeling that i chose the wrong company, I received a generic contract and evidence requirement list which was not individual to my circumstances, which meant it was taking much longer gathering unnecessary information, Paris was slow at responding, not answering calls, when she would respond it would be one worded answers, I really felt as if I was pestering her and always felt hesitant contacting her as I didn't want to disturb her. She also told me that she could only accept printed hard copies of everything and would not accept any uploads or pictures digitally which is absolutely crazy, I had to get a printer and spent lots of time scanning and printing documents, she also asked me to get employer letters etc etc despite explaining I had savings which would of saved lots of time again gathering unnecessary letters etc. There was no care at all, unfortunately my relationship finished and I had to cancel the contract, they itemised the contact and were charging me 40 per emails, they even charged me 40 for my email to them explaining that my relationship had finished, they charged hundreds of pounds for the initial call I made to Paris to ask about their services? thank god since then me and my partner got back together and used a company called Reiss Edwards, a lady called Anna Foley, half the cost NO VAT CHARGED asa the applicant is outside of the UK, and 10 times the service and speed. Initially I wasn't happy with their charges of their invoice and I complained to St John Menzies the owner of the company, although he got the price down slightly he apologised that he found further emails to which he added new charges on! I then chased him for 4 months for payment, I was calling their office daily and he was always "out of the office" it got to a point that he told his staff to tell me to email him which I did and would wait weeks for replies. absolute shambles. my advice is to use Reiss Edwards, Anna Foley, Paris Sazida and St John Menzies is overpriced and does not reflect in service. Oliver Quinn I have attached some pictures, the WhatsApp chat is her saying " I have good news" this was to tell me she could do the price with no VAT charge, and the 2 invoices John Menzies produced which you can see he's removed and added on charges, with NO records of the phone calls. They may comment on this and try to make excuses but the fact is they are unprofessional and charging double the going rate for half the service I received elsewhere.
