Mary is an absolute legend and the headwear in the shop is stunning. Her creative flair knows no bounds and she has an amazing ability to read her client and find a piece that suits to perfection. Mary opened her shop specially for me on a Sunday evening as I had left it rather late to find a hat for Tuesday, and showed me every possible hat to ensure I was happy that I had seen everything. Of course I ultimately chose the second hat she showed me! I had a lot of compliments on the day. Thank you Mary! :-)

My husband purchased me a beautiful AND EXPENSIVE knit hat when we had a nice outing in Richmond. its made of beautiful materials but I've worn it twice and its lost its shape so badly i can't keep it on my head. THE HAT IS TOTALLY STRETCHED OUT AND NOT WEARABLE. I've asked to return it but my emails went unanswered. i feel very badly bc my husband spent so much money as a nice treat and the money is wasted and gesture ruined. I FEEL RIPPED OFF

This store is 10s across the board. After screening the entire city tirelessly for a genuine, good-quality fur hat, I finally found this store tucked in the beautiful lush Richmond, right in front of the infamous bar where Ted Lasso was filmed. I took a trip there, which wasn't disappointing; 2 birds with one stone! I met Marry who is a fantastic artist with great taste and an impressive eye for quality and details. I love my new elegant and timeless fur hat, and I know I will wear it for years to come. I highly recommend this store and know where to go when I am in the market for another hat.
