Could not be happier to have found Helen Ray! I came across Helen's page when looking for a new hairdresser and further to all the wonderful reviews, I made an enquiry. Helen was so responsive, giving loads of info and providing a great service even before I'd formally booked in. She very much goes the extra mile to ensure that her clients are getting exactly what they want from their appointment and is so accommodating of any changes needed. Helen is an absolute gem! She transformed my balayage in such a natural way. 5 hours in the chair flew by as we chatted away and alongside magazines she had even brought snacks! I had the fortune of spending an afternoon with Helen for a skincare consultation (The Reveal service listed on her website). Her knowledge of skincare and products available on the market today is extensive and her holistic approach to self-care makes good sense and is easy to follow. The best thing about this service is that Helen creates a personalised step-by-step routine based on your need that she then shares with you via email linking you to specific products. This is a lifesaver for me, as I'm guilty of becoming completely overwhelmed every time I enter a cosmetic shop! I can't wait to try one of her beautiful facials, too. Thanks, Helen!
