Supposedly Reed Exhibitions Ltd. Terrible customer service that only seems to be run by the same few people. We had an issue with an event managed by these people and however we tried, via phone or email, the issue could not be resolved and was always answered by the same person. They give you their best wishes and will even give you an reference number over the phone, only to then take you around in circles whist deadlines close in.

TERRIBLE post-event customer service. I emailed them multiple times since early May asking for an invoice but they did NOT send it. How can they organise events but cannot perform a basic admin task??? Their standard reply "once I get a word from Registration team, I'll let you know right away" has NEVER happened.
