The Bradford Exchange

Avoid this company. I have had nothing but a nightmare, when you order 1 coin they continue to send you coins and take the money out of your bank for the coins. It works out extremely costly because the coins are sent out really close together. I had to cancel my card in the end because otherwise they would have continued sending coins and taking money out of my account. They hadn't responded to any of my messages telling them to stop sending me coins. Eventually I contacted trading standards and I sent a further email threatening them with legal action. They actually responded to that and I then got an address to send the coins back to. One of the coins I sent back had been paid for, and I am still waiting on the refund for that coin. I have been waiting for the refund for nearly 2 months. After sending the coins back, I then received a letter from a debt collectors. I contacted the debt collectors and told them the coins had been sent back. Luckily that issue was sorted after a couple of weeks and they sent a letter to tell me the account had been closed. I would save yourself the stress and completely avoid this company.

This company is a SCAM. No response to the phone and email keeps sending me coins that I never ordered. Bradford exchange you find something better than scamming people. Shame on you

Scammers. Con artists. Avoid at all cost. They will take money from your account. Buy one item....they'll charge you twice and you'll never get a refund.

Purchased a platinum jubilee coin for approximately 5 on their website coins eventually arrived god know after how long tbh I actually wrote it off as a scam but coin did arrive, btw it gets better 1 month later I see a payment of 50 coming out of my bank account from the card details I used to make my original purchase of 5, the following day 1st thing I called the company very poor customer service I should mention when finally getting through to someone it was brought to my attention Bradford Exchange have opted me into a monthly coin collection for 50 per month , apparently because they have my payment details they can just sigh me up for this without my consent and somewhere in some small print I was supposed to opt out of this. So I had to wait for this coin to arrive send it back and then my money was returned. Full bad experience from the beginning.
