possibly the most obnoxious reception team in the sector- arrogant and apparently 'we aree like doctors' stopped my father getting his medication as he didn't have email . Once funeral sorted look forward to court . Stay away

A wonderful surgery. I have been seen by a few doctors and so far everyone has been brilliant and supportive. The reception staff are helpful and considerate. One of the best practices I've been with so far.

I've had a really good experience with this practice over the past couple of years. I only had one bad experience with a GP whilst I was pregnant, which after discussing with the midwives at WMUH seems to be because the GP didn't know how to use a Doppler properly! But at least she referred me across and didn't blag it?? On the flip side, I've seen several extremely competent and friendly doctors about other stuff over time who have been very knowledgeable and happy to refer when necessary. Most recently I have seen Dr Mukhal about an issue and she's made sure to follow up with me by SMS and phone since the referral follow-up has been delayed at WMUH. Top marks Dr Mukhal thank you! Appointments can take 2-3 weeks to get, but if you really need something urgent then speak to the receptionists and often at the very least they arrange a GP callback. Overall I'm very happy with the service.
