The dr are good, Lee, Dr June even Lucia, but the receptionist... not talking about the oldest but the new one, the man and the lady who wear masks! Honestly they are in the wrong place, talking bad and to understand them should take long hours, not talking about their language but they panic and mix everything from the appointment can start talking about the hoover like what happened to me and then she said I will call you back ! I was waiting to book and check my result days and days until I stopped working and went early to speak to the morning receptionist which was good listening and understanding. Also they are not respectful when I was with Dr she came through! Without asking! Please kindly ask to bring the oldest one they were good respectful , or another people.

The doctors are excellent but the Italian receptionist is rude arrogant and obstinate.

I have been with a Paradise Road Practice for a year and I would say they are relible and very helpful. Never had problem with appointment booking so far. If there are no appointments avaioabke the same day they always ask to call early in the morning to see if they can squeez an additional appointment. Very kind, informative and attentive booking team. I am giving 4 stars as I believe there is always a room for improvement such as better organisational skills when searching the the letter prepared by the doctor which took some time to find when I needed to pick it up ( been asked kindly to come later the same day to collect) 4 strong stars.

I have been here twice and waited for 45 minutes. I protested three times and was told that Dr. is talking on the phone. I was really upset

A cold, soulless, unsympathetic practice, and sadly, one I've been with for a while now, watching it go from bad to unbearable. The minute your phone consultation begins (in-person appointments are almost unheard of) you almost hear an invisible ticking clock hanging over you, and before you know it, your appointment is brought to a curt end. Even worse are the receptionists. One struggles to communicate intelligibly in English, and the other lectures you endlessly, not stopping to listen to what you are saying. Reception is peremptory, dismissive, condescending. They do not appear to take vulnerable populations into account like distressed teenagers. There is no human warmth or sympathy. The saddest thing is that the patient ends up feeling like an inconvenience, fobbed off and feeling guilty for having occupied their time. In all these years, I have never, not once, emerged from this practice feeling validated or cared for or listened to. I have had satisfactory, even wonderful, medical care elsewhere in the country and the world and continue to be bemused by this particular practice. I am afraid I will need to look elsewhere.
