I bought the Credd perfume really very defrauded does not smell. I'm not happy with the purchase.

I have used Creed cologne for 25 years+. I recently contacted their customer services . Their response has been disappointing : I had to chase for an email response but further emails/messages ignored. The phone is unanswered or cuts off after a lengthy time on hold. An excellent product let down by poor after sales care.

I have tried to call this company several times the phone rings I get put through to an answer machine then it cuts off can anyone tell me if this is how things work at Orange Square Company Limited

Disappointing ... Im giving five stars because Orange Square didnt manufacture this fragrance (Green Irish Tweed by Creed) but seeing as I canNt review on Creeds website, here I am ... Opening notes of 20D01N batch are harsh. Like a 25 year old bottle of Brut. It does calm down a bit after about a minute or so to become very pleasant indeed. Im prepared to accept that I may have gone nose blind to it, but half an hour has gone by since the first spray and I can only smell it if I stick my nose up against my skin. Want to stress that theres nothing wrong with Orange Square here, just the quality of Creeds fragrances have gone down hill since my last purchase (2018) ... I didnt think it was possible that they could get worse.
