I had been a loyal customer and spent a lot with them and was surprised at how they made it cumbersome to replace these - I believe a nice gesture wouldve been to immediately send a (new) replacement pair and make it easy for me to send the heavily used pair back to them. They eventually agreed to this. When highlighting that it shouldnt have taken this long for honesty, transparency and proactive thinking to prevail - they then changed their mind and wouldnt honour their offer!
Ive been put off using them - there are plenty of other choices and I hope to find a company that treats loyal, repeat customers better than Spoke.

Customer service has been fantastic when I've needed them.
They're not the cheapest but they are the best in my opinion. Now my go-to for all clothing!

As someone who is taller and active, e.g. walks/cycles frequently (and as such has stronger/wider legs rather than simply fat ones), I've forever found it hard to find trousers that actually fit.
Sadly, despite the promises in their advertising, Spoke was not that different to the rest, other than being more than 3 times the price of an equivalent pair of M&S Loose Fit.
What I bought was 2 pairs of "Heroes" chinos, and what I ended up with was Plus Fours - with a baggy tummy and skin tight calves.
Although there was some effort to fit in the thigh, even with the regular (rather than tapered) fit, there was not really any scope in the "find your fit" to give a proper fit throughout.
There are other issues with customisation - the waist allows 1 inch changes in a limited range, but only up to a 38 (the waist on mine was about 2 inches too large, but would not have fitted through the thigh if I'd ordered a fitting waist). It also doesn't appear that the taper has been properly adjusted for wider thighs, so they tighten at the knee and then are a standard width in the calf.
That said, some of the finishing was of a slightly higher quality, though this could be improved further - for example when you have larger thighs you experience more wear in the upper thigh area, and these looked like it would wear through quickly if you're taking the stairs and getting off the tube home a few stops early to get those extra steps in.
Replying to the comment:
Sadly "over 400 combinations" is misleading. There are 14 waist sizes, 9 leg lengths, and 3 thigh widths. That is, in itself 378 combinations, but not actually that different from many stores. I couldn't wear at least 7 of the waist sizes, 7 of the leg sizes or 2 of the thigh widths. So until Spoke add one or two other metrics to actually differentiate themselves meaningfully from other retailers (that do slim fit, athletic fit, loose fit etc), there's no point.
