Not open again due to coffee machine, nothing to advise had a staff member come out

Asked for two teas since the coffee machine was broken (???); the person serving us was nice but took AGES to make the drinks, not sure why they were moving at sloth-pace as we were the only people in the shop. Drinks didnt taste too good either.
