DONATE has enabled our school charity to move from a paper to text raffle, try our first online auctions and take online ticket sales for a new event. The team have been incredibly helpful guiding us through whats possible and it has meant a record breaking fundraising year. Highly recommended.

The Churches Conservation Trust has been using 'Donate' since the middle of 2018, in 125 churches to reduce the amount of cash held in wall safes around the country, and to encourage a higher-than-normal level of donation from each transaction. The initial take up was steady, but as time has gone on, more visitors are participating with their text donations in more churches. Before text giving our average donation in wall safes was 9p per visitor. The text donations have an average donation of just under 8 per transaction. The GiftAid system is easy enough, and of course, you don't expect a third party to manage the system for nothing. The costs are reasonable, and we are actively seeking new ways to persuade visitors to our churches to donate by text. Trials for this system have been going on in the South East, and are now being extended to the whole of the national estate of 350+ churches during early 2020. The Donate team are helpful and willing to consider different ways of promoting. They have some great ideas of their own, too! Strongly recommended.
