Very unhelpful couldn't transfer money from my account to a different bank account even though I had passport bank statements and I was verified by the the cashier didn't want to even phone the other branch to confirm that I could do a transfer it was like talking to the bank of Liz truss b anks need to help people PS I've been with nationwide for over 30 years very disappointed I cannot rely upon this building society
