Fantastic friendly service. The process of fitting was an enjoyable and informative 3 hours with Lee. The bike feels so much more comfortable and agile, like a completely different bike. Will certainly consider coming back in the future for further tuning, if (and when) needed.

First class service. Total specialists and even though I posed problems with my various foot operations they knew the answers. Tested the new shoes on Sunday and they were so comfortable. Good cup of tea as well. Thanks for the help. Much appreciated

Express ticket to progression, best upgrade money can buy. I have been riding mountain bike all my life and started road biking recently. When all my road bike friends recommended me to do a bike fit, I was sceptical. Bike fitting isnt a thing in mountain biking and 300 is not cheap. I can do most of the mechanics myself for free. Changing stem length, saddle height/position, etc are easy. And there are also tons of video online to teach you how to do a bike fit yourself by setting up your bike next to a big mirror and mimic the pros position. That is exactly what I did before. However, it still doesnt feel quite right. So, I had a bike fit with Andy Fenn. If you are reading this, I am sure you are doing your homework and know the procedure, so I am not going to repeat that. What I want to share is my personal feeling after a bike fit with bicycle. I expected a good bike fitter would help me set up by bike properly, they should be. But what surprised me the most is how personal this bike fitting section was. Not only your body measurement relation with the bike, but also what you want to achieve out of the bike. By talking with Andy he understands what I want instantly and set up the bike toward that direction. That is something youtube tutorial can never teach you. The difference is day and night. The bike now performs how I want it to be instead of how the manufacturer design it to be. I feel much comfortable and happier on it, and this gives me confident. And confident gives me speed. I felt this 3 hours bike fitting experience was a super express ticket to set up my bike to what I want it to be. Would that be possible I could do it myself? Maybe. But how long would that that takes me to achieve? Days? Months? Or never? I dont know. And how many errors would I make in the process? I dont know. For me, this 300 bike fitting section gave me confident and performance gain outperform any other update I had. Is bike fitting a must? No. But if you are considering any update (aero wheels, gp5000s, di2, etc.), Forget about them and I highly recommend a good bike fitting section first. Thank you Andy. And some tips for those who are going to have a bike fit. Think about what you want and what you dont want before going to a bike fit. A good communication with your bike fitter is key to achieve what you want.
