Never open despite hours saying they are. Shop is filled with damp and condensation. Disappointing when you are looking for spend many thousands on a bed.

Don't buy from them. We paid for a divan last November , they sais it would be 6 to 8 weeks delivery but it was about six months. They finally arrived today but they did not phone as promised and at first refused to assemble the bed even though they later said we had paid for it to be assembled. They said today customer service would call us to deal with our complaints but ....no call.

Asked for 450 more a few days after ordering as he had given us the wrong price. Bed arrived after 2 months (on time, so no complaints), they put our old bed in their van only to then tell us the new bed had the wrong base so they left, leaving us to sleep on our mattress on the floor! Had to chase them, they came back with the new base after a few days. This time, the base was fine but the legs were too long! They tried their best but left it with 1 leg too high and another on the floor. Had to get my builder to chop the legs off and fix it because guess what? It has been 3 weeks and they haven't even bothered contacting me to come back and fix the bed which had no legs! I am not even going to go to the 2 pillows we were offered for free which are probably somewhere (not that I need extra pillows but it's the principle). The owner of this company needs to get off his sun lounger and come and manage his business. On the plus side, their live help is not bad (wish I didn't have to keep using it to chase things up). The bed is also very nice, so have no complaints about the actual bed and quality of it. Although in reality, they left it without legs and forgot about us! It's just that I can't be bothered chasing people and paid my builder to fix their shortcomings. Sorry I don't like leaving bad reviews as I don't want to negatively affect people's businesses but come on! Such nice beds and such bad management, bad communication and disorganisation. Not sure what happened to the manager of the Richmond branch but the girl there kept sending standard emails back and basically I have not heard from her since 2-3 weeks ago when she said she will sort the legs and the pillows. Anyway, happy NOT to hear from them again. Buy a bed from them by all means. I personally would not again.
