        avoid this! at the time of purchasing the product, the website showed that the product was in stock. later they announce that it is out of stock. and now it's the second day when I send them a message to cancel my order and return my money, no reaction. I just got a message that they have received my payment. it's been a week and a half. what a waste of time 0/5

        Ive bought hundreds of batteries (many Duracell) and never previously had need to complain. Having emailed Duracell after an 8 pack of AA batteries couldnt power an led string of lights, we were asked overly onerous requests for further images instead of addressing the issue. Brand loyalty & customer service now in question. And all over an 8 pack of AA batteries. How underwhelming. What will the response be now?
