Vagabond Barbers is in my opinion the best male grooming salon in Richmond. Run by the eclectic pair ( Paul and Neil ) along with their team (Shay and Ray) , this is one of those places you look forward to returning to every month. I know them both of them for many years when they were at Genco and have always enjoyed the vibe they create .. cool , relaxed , self confident , pleasant and intellectual and thats before you get your haircut ! At Vagabond you get a top class haircut from barbers who are extremely talented and knowledgeable, which is demonstrated by their success and long list of clients. Service: Scissor cut

Worst month of working there rude staff and tips taken and stolen by the owners and asking illegal questions due to insecurities from the owner made to feel so uncomfortable by the staff and the owner to such an extent I had to leave hope one day they treat their employees with respect and not steal there hard earned cash! Felt discriminated by them.

I've been going to see Paul, the owner of Vagabond Barbers, for years now first when he was operating out of a different salon and now at Vagabond Barber shop which he opened just before lockdown. I go for a number of reasons, not least of which is his consistency, expertise and quality of haircut, paired with the fact that Paul is incredibly affable and easy to get on with. He always makes me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I walk in the door, makes sure - even though I've been going for years - that he knows exactly what I'm after in case it's changed from the last time I was in. Finding a good dependable hairdresser can be a struggle and it's why I've continued to travel from Scotland and now East Sussex to Richmond to get my hair cut with him every few weeks. It's been great seeing him transform the space into his own, after operating out of other businesses previously and I can't recommend him and the salon enough. Service: Custom cut

Paul has been my hairdresser for more than 10 years. I dont let anyone cut my hair (I have amazing hair to be honest) and I have followed him wherever he worked. He and his team are professional, good at their job, friendly, trustworthy and always accommodating. I couldnt recommend enough. 5 stars all the way Service: Fade cut
