        We used Phillips Tracey for a loft conversion in a conservation area. We were happy with their collaboration during the design phase and the way they explained the different considerations clearly, e.g., where the stairs should run to maximise space. We also used PT for the implementation phase and were pleased with their collaboration with the builder and the way they kept us updated with progress. We would use PT again.

        I have worked with Philip Tracey Architects on 2 separate occasions, working on two very different projects and can not recommend them highly enough. They have a unique company which delivers a service that allows you to understand fully the potential of each site. Offering suggestions and alternatives that elevate your expectations. Again their vision and attention to detail is without fault and essential to a smooth build. I would not think twice about using them again for future projects.
