3s Architects Designed and project managed our build, which was figured on channel 4's 'Building the Dream'. From our first visit to their office the team build an understanding of our brief and with a sprinkle of design genius from Reinhard Weiss designed our amazing home. Couldn't recommended Reinhard and his team highly enough. 5 stars

I have had the benefit of working with this company long ago in 2007-2010 on a new build (for my first experience) and again in 2015 and now again in 2022. The relationship between client and architect is important. When we shopped around, we interviewed several and this team came up tops. Their ideas and design input has been ahead of the curve and their detailing is second to none. If you build a relationship to get to know each other, then your design will benefit significantly. Pricing and clear agreements (like with any other service provider) are key. Get that wrong, and in the building game it comes with costly consequences. My experience is that this team is excellent to get on with; easy to connect with; clear on pricing and staging for their own fees and throughout a project; and if you give them the best of you, you will equip them to deliver the best design and outcome. They are honest, decent and professional.

Truly terrible experience, avoid them. Dont manage budget and miss time lines. Constant pushing solutions that serve them, needing chasing multiple times at every stage to get things done. Do unapproved work that isnt required then charge for it. Communication is terrible and highly unprofessional.
