I have recently been working on my sash windows and sills and needed some advice and guidance on the repairs I wanted to complete. I called (Sash Window Restorations) and explained the areas for repair, they had no hesitation in offering their help and knowledge and arranged a visit by their Surveyor to have a look and give free advice on how to make the repairs and the materials needed for the job. I used Sash Window Restorations (Sussex) Ltd to overhaul my windows (they had water ingress), after being Impressed by one of their installers working on my neighbour's windows. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and aptly answered my questions. On the day, the guys arrived on time, protected the area, and cleaned up afterwards, Overall, they did a good job. The windows are quieter, open with ease (they didn't before), and, best of all, no water ingress! I would use them again.

This company is so brilliant, they were professional from start to finish. Everything was slick, and well organised. I was kept informed every step of the way, and the end result is stunning. We went for new double glazed sash windows and it's been a great decision as the house is much warmer - but they look so good. We've already had several neighbours compliment us.
