        Submitted their on-line form about a car shown in Auto Trader and on their web site; no reply. Next day I telephoned - repeatedly - always 'staff are busy - leave a message'. On 3rd attempt I left a message - no reply. I filled out their on-line form to include part-exchange info - no reply. I'm pleased I found out how bad their service is before I bought from them. Dreadful.

Jeff the sales director is always on hand to help with any issues (not that there is many). First class service highly recommend.
