Hi, it was a mixed experience with a number of niggles. On the whole, communication from all sections was appalling with one or two exceptions. Communication with the Mercedes Breakdown Service was not good with several supposed pick up times promised and missed, wasting a lot of my time. I was offered a replacement car for 3 days only when it was known that he repair would take at least a week, which actually wasted even more time and wasn't really worth the effort. Apart from the video, communication from the dealership was also poor, with me having to chase on all occasions, and promised calls not occurring. Also the final price was greater han the quoted price which is not really acceptable.

Excellent service. I work for British Car Auctions at Blackbushe Airport and whilst in Brighton ordered a part for my Smart Passion. I was greeted with a very helpful receptionist and the part was ordered that day through parts department. Spoke with Graham in Parts who assured me that the part would be delivered to them to picked up in January. The whole team in Brighton dealt with me perfectly. Even with the 5 discount BCA discount. Excellent through and through. Many thanks.

Everything is always excellent at the portslade branch. The customer service is always first class (Sam) is so warm and welcoming. I love the video I get of my vehicle, it's so informative and interesting. Tom who did the MOT was great too. Highly professional and recommended. Thank you

Theres only the one complaint that I have is that the card for the satellite navigation is missing and should have been checked before I picked the car up. But in all fairness the salesman did offer to order a new one for me and forward on as a recorded delivery. The car was spotlessly clean and came with a full tank of petrol which I thought was a nice touch. I would entirely recommend Brighton Mercedes to my friends and family.
