Complete rip off. We had magic man out to repair some chips in our work top. They quoted that the work would take approx 4 hours and charged 354, guy was on site for just over an hour. The filler that they used is already falling out and did not match the colour of the work top. I would say a complete waste of money to be honest. I could have done it myself.

Meh you spend time filling their online form in great details and then they send you another form for you to fill with the same info. A bit of a waste of time

I requested a Basin crack repair and the reply was that they don't repair cracks any more, they also attached a brochure that was supposed to have an updated list of repairs they do but not. Still, the brochure clearly says they do repair cracks on basins same as their website. Mad!
