        They replied quickly late on a Saturday and a plumber came within 1.5 hours which was great. However, having paid 189, the plumber that arrived said he didn't have the part to fix the toilet so would turn off the water and return on Monday to fix it. Once he had the small part, it would only take 5 minutes to fix. He was here for 7 minutes. On Monday we phoned to check all was fine only to be told that it would be another 150 to have the work done. So we spent 189 to have the plumber turn off the water which was something I could have done myself. Clearly never using again and will not recommend as value for money. Service: Toilet repair
