Ive really enjoyed doing PT sessions with Jesse ( at her home gym). I had no previous experience of working with weights, but have learnt loads from Jesse. We did a good variety of exercises every week to keep things interesting and I also feel I can replicate these at home in my own time. We also spoke about daily eating habits and she provided advice around eating more substantially to ward off hunger and snacking etc. a really worthwhile supportive experience. Thanks Jesse

I started training with Jesse in September 2020. I really enjoy all my sessions with Jesse because she makes them so varied and interesting. I used to find the gym and resistance training quite boring after a time, but I am never bored in our sessions. Jesse is very personable and I always feel very comfortable training with her. My fitness progress has been rapid Jesse clearly knows her stuff and it has been great to learn the proper form, especially with kettlebells. She has also really helped me change the way I think about food and my relationship with it. Couldnt recommend more highly!

I did Jesse's month starter package to help me get some exercise inspo after lockdown, and to check I was getting the right balance of nutrition as a vegan. Jesse really listened to me and created a space with me to reflect honestly on my knowledge, habits, and abilities, and how to make any changes a natural part of life. I especially like her body positive, food positive, progress positive approach! With the PT itself, I learned so much and had so much fun. I didn't honestly expect to enjoy strength and conditioning training so much! It's very empowering to feel strong and have someone supporting and celebrating your progress with you. 100% recommended!
