My experience was amazing! Luke was very professional, had amazing communication and made me felt at ease throughout the whole experience. The motivation and knowledge that was provided really helped me get through the training even when I couldnt be bothered. Im really happy to see the results in just 3 weeks and I cant wait for the end result.

I did online coaching with Luke from June 22 - March 23. When I started I was skinny, lazy/ignorant about nutrition, and pretty much staring down the barrel of slow decline into middle age. With Luke's coaching I'm now 10kg heavier and fully set up for a fit and strong lifestyle. Put in the work, take it seriously, and be kind to yourself and Luke will sort you out. After years of being in the gym, during lockdown I lost my motivation for workouts, I went to Luke to get me back on track and to sort my food out. I say food as it does not feel like a diet, the foods Ive been given are normal day to day foods. Now been with like for over 12 weeks and the transformation is mind blowing, not only visible but mentally I feel so much better. Its not just diet and workout its a new daily routine set around my lifestyle. Hes always on hand daily for advise or just that motivated msg in the morning. Cant fault this guy

Luke is an amazing PT! I got in contact with Luke 3 weeks post giving birth and from the get go, the initial consultation over the phone he has been fab! Hes created a realistic plan for me, hes taken it at my own pace as I was restricted post surgery and hes always at the end of the phone for anything you need. He gives you the kick up the bum mid week which keeps you going and motivated Only 7 weeks into the plan and the transformation so far is unreal! Couldnt recommend him enough! And the best thing, you dont even have to live locally as he takes online clients.

I have been working with Luke for a number of years and made amazing progress thanks to his passion and commitment to helping his clients. I moved to his online services and have experienced no less commitment and support from him. He sets workouts that will push you (even home workouts) and ensure you see real progress. He continues to adapt nutrition plans to my demanding needs (allergies) and I couldnt thank him enough for all his support throughout my fitness journey!
